Context

Healthcare web platform with complex business rules, running continuously with users who depend on it for critical scheduling workflows and day-to-day functionality. I worked as a consultant to support and evolve the application in production.

My role

Software Engineer responsible for maintaining and evolving the platform, sustaining legacy code, refining interfaces, and reducing regression risk in a domain sensitive to operational stability.

Key challenges

• Sustaining critical scheduling workflows and production functionality with complex business rules.
• Evolving forms, validations, and integrations without breaking legacy application behavior.
• Diagnosing and fixing production issues systematically, reducing operational inconsistencies.

• Maintained and evolved the platform with Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including professional experience with Angular in the product ecosystem.
• Developed and refined forms, validation rules, modals, responsive interfaces, and REST API integrations.
• Sustained legacy code while preserving compatibility with existing application behavior.
• Resolved production issues through systematic debugging, contributing via code reviews, pair programming, and technical refinement.
